Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date of purchase, as stated on the receipt, provided that the following conditions are met:
The product has a functional or quality defect, or an error occurred in the dispatch of the product.
The product(s) must be returned in the same condition as received — unused, in their original packaging, and without any damage or alteration.
Each returned product must be accompanied by the original proof of purchase.
A refund will be issued for the value of the product at the purchase price. Delivery costs will not be refunded, except in cases where the product is proven to be defective or the error is attributable to our company.
